Training 360 proudly shares the success story of Carlo, a dedicated learner who overcame challenges with our tailored support.
After winning a CSCS training course at a charity event organised by 21UP Movement based in Basildon, Carlo, guided by his parents and our team, showed remarkable commitment.
We customised the course to fit his unique needs, providing thorough explanations and conducting daily mock tests to make him feel at ease.
His hard work paid off as he passed his Level 1 test and subsequently the CSCS CITB test, gained his green card and was offered an apprenticeship in carpentry.
Everyone at Training 360 is inspired by Carlo’s determination.
We will continue to support him and his family on this journey.
